The interior design has always been skilfully and individually tailored to the dimensions of each of our apartments, and it is always a delight to see what transformation they have wrought within the empty walls. The furniture is carefully positioned without damaging walls or flooring, and the inventory is always an accurate representation down to the last teaspoon. The furniture etc. is of high quality, and when they found a couple of items to be damaged on unpacking these were withheld and replaced within a few days. "Our aim is to provide this service level to every customer. However we do appreciate that there will be times when not everything goes to plan. We install over 400 packed items of furniture every week in over 20 apartments and with this volume we have to expect some problems. Our practise is that we inform both yourself and your letting agent of such problems, together with the rectification date. Whilst we carry out stringent entry and exit checks for each property we furnish, there will be the rare occasion when something is missed and we will immediatly rectify the situation if informed.
I am passionate not only about the products we supply, but also the level of service and my experience in customer service over the years has always been to "own the problem", rectify and resolve.
